Ahh i find...
go to "C:\Documents and Settings\(YourUserName)\Local Settings\Temp" and delete all folders and files!!
(U must visible hiden files and folders)
Then go in registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Installer\Products\ --> Here find information about kerio installation.
For me is (20D10780D9AE3EE4BBFCC46547FB65DF) then find reg key "Transforms" and open.
Copy this value (..."{08701D02-EA9D-4EE3-BBCF-4C5674BF56FD}"...) then runn older setup of winroute.
When u got a message error don't press OK!!
go to "C:\Documents and Settings\(YourUserName)\Local Settings\Temp" and duplicate folder with new created name "{ACDSF70-DA45-448F-B607-77008939E610}" then change name of this copyed folder in name from registry!
In installation press ok.
Open (add/remove) and uninstal winroute...

In product registry you gona need to find it going one by one...

This post helped me today with the upgrade from Kerio Connect 9.1 to 9.1.1. (I had upgraded to 9.1 using web admin without any issue).
I'm using also a Windows 2008 R2 server and working in the %temp% directory wasn't enough. I had to copy the renamed folder also into C:\Windows\TEMP (as suggested by the installer log).
