Greettings,

I'm Julio Bustamante and work at Telegrafo News in Ecuador. We have two Kerio mail servers 6.6.2 build 7165 and I have a question.

We have a server with Kerio mail server at Guayaquil it works as a domain main (telegrafo.com.ec) mail server , also there's another server at Quito it's works as a domain child Kerio Mail server.

I want to share task and contacts between users of Guayaquil(telegrafo.com.ec) and users of Quito(quito.telegrafo.com.ec), but this is not possible. I had did the follows steps.

1. At a user account's Quito (jhon<_at_>telegrafo.com.ec). I had shared the tasks and contacts and setting the permissions(Read or Editor) for what another user can access to check it
2. At the user account's Guayaquil (kim@telegrafo.com.ec). I tried to subscribe the user account's Quito who let the access , but show the follow message "jhon<_at_>telegrafo.com.ec don't share any folder for you"

I don't know where is my wrong, may you help me please...?
