I have been able to create a shared calendar on my entourage account (set up as exchange).
It does show up in the webmail.
I am able to successfully set privileges for someone else to be an owner.
I can successfully subscribe to the shared calendar on the other persons webmail.
That subscribed calendar does not show up in Entourage.

I am really desperate for some shared calendaring in the company and I just cant get past this roadblock.

thanks!

PS. All clients are set up as exchange in Entourage.

You need to go to account settings in Entourage and there, in the Exchange account, click the second folder tab from the right next to security settings. You can manually add the mail addresses of the user you want to subscribe to.

A+ worked perfectly!

It is the delegates tab BTW and all I had to do was set up that person as a delegate, then recreate the shared calendar and give them permissions.
