Hello everyone,

i have a problem in one mailstore out of 100.

Kerio Mailserver 6.7.0 Patch1
Outlook 2007 with Offline Connector

Some Mails coming into the inbox are not shown in the Preview box.
Not even if the user clicks answer or forward.
If he opens the Mail,
he gets an error:
This element couldn't be openend. unknown error
as shown on the pics.
The preview window is completely empty.
There isn't shown any entry, no subject, no mailadress, no date.
But other mails are shown correctly, even if they are from the same sender.

Thanks for your help

The user just told me,
that he can't open any attachment.
Not even in mails he can preview or open.
Same error message:
unknown error.

What i've done so far:
repair office
delete and reinstall office
delete and reinstall koc
delete the Store.FDB
delete the mailattachment folder

The mailbox on other machines or in webmail is working fine.

I have no Office KB946983 update and KB952142 update installed.
