Hi. I created a shared mailbox for 3 users (each ofthem using outlook xp ). They all have to acces the inbox outbox and recycle bin subfolder of this shared account. I set all the permissions and everything works correctly . The only strange behaviour is that when adding this shared account under outlook, I see under the tree structure a folder called deleted items (which is indeed the recycle bin of this shared account) and another recycle bin with the typical "windows look" icon. When a user deletes a message, it is unfortunately put inside this windows recycle bin which is not the effective shared recycle bin and the other users cannot see this deleted msg. After logging through webmail, there's no trace of this second recycle bin. It look s like a Outlook strange behaviour...Can yo confirm it or am I doing something wrong?
Thanks
Max
