I'm new to the Kerio mail services. Is there a way to add colored fonts to your Email signature? I've tried to copy in one from word but the signature still stays in a black font.

Put the following code in the signature field:

<font color="#FF0000">Red Text</font>

It will display your signature in red.

It depends which client you're using: Outlook, Mail.app, web mail, etc. In all cases you must produce the necessary html first. Like

Sincerely,
<HTML><BODY><DIV style=' line-height: 18px; margin: 9px 0; padding: 10px; border-top: 1px #AAAAAA dotted; font-family: LucidaGrande, Verdana, Arial, Sans-Serif; font-size: 13px; color: #888888; '><STRONG style='color: #885555;'>Stephen Colbert</STRONG>&nbsp &nbsp President<BR><SPAN style='color: #885555;'>Spartina Productions</SPAN>&nbsp &nbsp 123 American Way New York, NY 555555<BR>email: <A href='mailto:stephen@iamawesome.com' style='color: #888888; text-decoration: none; border-bottom: 1px #AAAAAA dotted;'>stephen<_at_>iamawesome.com</A>&nbsp &nbsp web: <A href='http://www.iamawesome.com' style='color: #888888; text-decoration: none; border-bottom: 1px #AAAAAA dotted;'>http://www.iamawesome.com</A>&nbsp &nbsp phone: 555-555-5555</DIV></BODY></HTML>

In the case of web mail, insert the html into Settings > Mail > Signature.

As for logos, the easiest way is to just place your company logo somewhere on your website & link to it in your signature html.
