We have had 2 customers that are complaining that previous months calendars are being deleted.

The only thing common is Outlook/Astrasync/Blackberry.

Anyone else seing this?

Same thing here!
We've tried to re-index the (online) mailboxes with no succes.

I can not place a hand on this problem, it is difficult to see people doing something wrong or Kerio Connect does something strange!

Maybe a stupid question, but ... is there a sync window involved somewhere? I.e. is the sync setup told to not sync historic appointments? Roadsync has such a setup, so I was just wondering ...

Yes, we've seen this- although with BlackBerries and NotifySync, sounds like the same issue though.
BlackBerry has a default setting to keep appointments for 30 days, older items will be deleted.
If your sync window is 30 days or longer, the Blackberry will sync these deletions back to the server.
(The old calendar entries are moved to Deleted Item, if they're still there they can be restored by dragging back to the Calendar in the Kerio Web client.)
Solution for us was to shorten the sync window to 2 weeks past in the NotifySync client on the BlackBerry.

Likewise, client noticed this very quickly, I suspect archiving is the issue with an outlook client. Oddest aspect is that recurring entries are not dissapearing, just single day entries. Any help would be MUCH appreciated.

Well, recurring events are still only One 'event file' that has a date span in it!

See the operations log to find out which client is deleting old events.
