I am getting the following from a customer. KMS 6.7.2Build7821, Outlook2003 with appropraite KOCOFF runing on a G5 Xserve 10.4.11.

Subject: Automated message: Synchronization conflict
Importance: High

There was a synchronization conflict concerning the 'Junk E-mail' subfolder of the 'Deleted Items' folder.
You haven't appropriate rights to modify the folder on the server.

As a solution, all changes to the folder have been denied.

This is only an informational message generated by Kerio Outlook Connector engine. You don't have to take any further action.

What is this telling me and what should or can I do to reolve it.

There was a synchronization conflict concerning the 'xxxxxxxx' message in the 'Deleted Items' folder.

Reason: The message had been both deleted in Outlook and modified on the server.

As a solution, the modified message has been restored to the 'Deleted Items' folder.

why we this synchronization conflict? How to stop receiving this message?
