I configured several mail rules to resend incoming mail from to xxx<_at_> to my email acccount.

It works fine, but if what does happen when the are many mail accounts?

Must I configure account per account? or can I configure a whole rule into my domain to send a mail copy to my email account when from has domain? is possible?

Best regards

Do you talk about rules you can set with sieve?
Had similar problem and for now there is no way for a global rule.
Think Kerio will add this in future.

I do it on my way (don´t think Kerio support this way^^)

On your Mailserver in KerioData\mail\<domain>\user\ there is a file called filter.siv
And yes, in this file in textformat are the rules stored.

I had to change 20 accounts with one rule.
So I config one rule-file and copy this file over the other accounts (overwrite it).

It was a fresh installation,
so I know that no user created own rules.

But in this case you are faster if you open the file in notepad and copy the rule in as you login, go to rule tab...ect...
And what I say..don´t think Kerio support this way ^^

I also have rules for each user and domain.

why this feature is not developed by kerio?

I think a global incoming rule editor would me very lovely for users.

Software like exchange has this option.

Best regards

Server Wide rules are on the feature request list, and is already being voted for on the new 'feature voting' forum for admins.

It seems like the server wide rule system is already there (as you can add rules for the Spam handeling!) but you can't do anything else with them right now - should be a 'walk in the park' to upgrade it!
Anyway, there must be a server wide filter.siv file somewhere... Wink
