Hi,
We have 50 users & they all uses outlook. We want to install kerio Connect. We want users to use web mail service & disable outlook, to do that we have to shift mails & addr book of each user to kerio connect. How do i do it?

use outlook connector to create second account in outlook.

Yes, with one caveat: with older versions of Outlook and Outlook express, you can't copy whole folders - you'll need to create the folder on the Connect side, then select messages from the PST and paste them over. It's annoying and makes what already can be a slow process even slower. Not Kerio's fault - this is Microsoft.

Oh, and it doesn't need to be Outlook Connector - an IMAP account is fine for this.
