For the last two days we've had a user complaining about empty emails. All messages affected were sent in-house in HTML format with an HTML signature and a logo attached. They were sent to several recipients so I checked the other user's mailboxes (non-Kerio mailboxes that is) and everybody else had the entire message in their inbox. This one user though had the entire header, then an "AVG has scanned this message" three-line note and the signature logo as attachment, however it was missing the message's contents and the signature itself.

Not quite sure where to start looking - is it Outlook, the Kerio Connector, Kerio itself, AVG? We've recently switched from Kerio Mailserver 6.7.3 to Kerio Connect and it was my understanding that the Kerio Connector for Outlook updates itself on first connect, correct? If so what else can it be? My prime suspects are the Kerio Connector and AVG but I have no idea where to start looking.
