I have a user who shared his personal calendar with his assistant. He gave her "Editor" rights to the calendar. She was able to access his calendar using WebMail or OutLook 2007 just fine, with the excpetion that she could not add appointments.

We changed her access to be "administrator". Now, she can add appointments using WebMail, but OutLook 2007 claims that she doesn't have permission to do that.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? I opened a ticket with kerio support, but it takes them 24-48 hours everytime I'm waiting for a response.

Thanks!

Sounds strange. Editor should be all that's needed!

I agree; I'm just wondering what the best approach to solving the problem is..

I would try to delete the ACL, so only the default user is there, then re-add it.
And don't use the 'group' or 'domain' ACL's, as it does not seem to resolve correctly in most clients.. :-/
