Hey Everyone,

We are set up such that certain users need to be able to check email and send email from multiple email addresses. For example, one user might need to send email from his/her personal email address and our Customer Service email address.

We've currently set users up to check the "seconday" account using IMAP, but it would be great if we could allow users to receive from and send to multiple addresses through a single push-based MAPI account.

I know that Outlook only allows 1 MAPI account per user, but is there any to configure Outlook to allow messages to be sent from multiple addresses without creating a separate IMAP/POP3 account?

Thanks for all of your input!

Hello,
same problem here - every user should access his personal mailbox as well as the office mailbox.

In Outlook 2007, adding the office mailbox as an IMAP account seems to work well (office has no calendar anyway) - it is possible to specify that sent messages are put into office/sent if users sends from the office account.

Sadly, in Outlook 2003, all sent messages are put into the sent folder of the personal (KOFF) account, even if the user has chosen to send it via office (IMAP).
Other than manually crafting stupid message filters, is there no way to have sent messages filed properly?

Kind regards,
Philipp
