Hi,

We have a shared mailbox at work for support emails on the websites we run. I wanted to set it up so that the initial email sent to this box gets an autoreply saying 'Thanks for your email..... etc' but after that the ongoing traffic (the to and fro of the support) doesn't trigger an email, so basically its the first email.

I can't use auto of office as that would reply all the time to people. Plus I don't want an out of office message anyway.

I can't find anything to be able to do this, any thoughts?

Thanks

1: Use a Support Ticket system to do so... WebHelpDesk is cool, and free if you only need one 'technician' account'.

2: Find the post where I talk about hidden settings in auto-replies..
