From many Mails I have read in this Forum, I hava aggregated many Feature Requests.

Feel Free to include your own Feature Requests too:

1. New Mail Notifier Plugin (how come this is missing man?)
http://forums.kerio.com/index.php?t=msg&th=10420&sta rt=0&S=352d08b89d1fa87d7f64a0c7de4167db

2. WebMail: it would be very useful to set default values to "Request a read recepit" and "Request a delivery receipt" in user configuration, and not to do it with all new messages.
http://forums.kerio.com/index.php?t=msg&th=16799&sta rt=0&S=352d08b89d1fa87d7f64a0c7de4167db

3. Export/Import Addresses to/from a Text File/csv
http://forums.kerio.com/index.php?t=msg&th=16602&sta rt=0&S=352d08b89d1fa87d7f64a0c7de4167db

4. I don't find an option to automatically save the contact when I send a mail in Webmail
Missing Link - Ticket: LAC-202262

5. 64 Bit Windows/Linux server be available soon
Missing Link

6. KOFF needs to have the ability to share ALL subfolders from the parent folder
http://forums.kerio.com/index.php?t=msg&th=15428&sta rt=0&S=352d08b89d1fa87d7f64a0c7de4167db

7. I want to know is possible to add a image or logo to all outbound mail? (why is this impossible?)
http://forums.kerio.com/index.php?t=msg&th=11511&sta rt=0&S=352d08b89d1fa87d7f64a0c7de4167db

8. Unfortunately Kerio isn't hiding the "client IP address" when sending emails.
http://forums.kerio.com/index.php?t=msg&th=15819&sta rt=0&S=352d08b89d1fa87d7f64a0c7de4167db

9. Server Wide Rules
http://forums.kerio.com/index.php?t=msg&th=16949&sta rt=0&S=352d08b89d1fa87d7f64a0c7de4167db
http://forums.kerio.com/index.php?t=msg&th=16396&sta rt=0&S=352d08b89d1fa87d7f64a0c7de4167db
Example: Each Year during August our Company closes for Vacation - Nobody is at Work.
I want to be able to add a Server Wide Rule "Auto Reply" (in case Users have NOT added it by themselves that Informs Customers that Company will be closed from/to specific date.
Other user would like "Server Wide Rules" for "Out of Office"
http://forums.kerio.com/index.php?t=msg&th=16200&sta rt=0&S=352d08b89d1fa87d7f64a0c7de4167db
In KMS Management Console, for each user there is a last-login page, where the Admin can see when a User has last logged in his account. If a user has not logged-in his account for i.e. 45 days his account should auto set to "out of office" & Rule "Auto Reply" must be auto added in his account to inform senders that the account has been inactive for at least 45 days.

10. Kerio Connect & Distributed Domain Licenses - why need multiple licenses (we are not Homo Sapiens are we?)?
http://forums.kerio.com/index.php?t=msg&th=16937&sta rt=0&S=352d08b89d1fa87d7f64a0c7de4167db

11. When using Kerio Connect with Outlook via IMAP, I see two folders for junk mail.
http://forums.kerio.com/index.php?t=msg&th=16982&sta rt=0&S=352d08b89d1fa87d7f64a0c7de4167db

12. Implement a password policy from "Manual Authentication" in kerio?
http://forums.kerio.com/index.php?t=msg&th=16543&sta rt=0&S=352d08b89d1fa87d7f64a0c7de4167db

13. WEBMAIL Client
- Allow the ability to search thru body of emails
- Allow user to drag an email to a Calendar (creating an event)
- Allow users to select large amounts of email messages that carry over more than one display page so you can quickly rearrange your email folders.
- ALLOW INDIVIDUAL change of LABEL items or at least allow INDIVIDUAL additions of new LABELS
- OTHER Competitors GROUPWARE platforms offers IM, this is long overdue

ADMIN INTERFACE
Security ITEMS
- Disallow Access to WEBMAIL by a user or group, limit time of access individually as well as automatic logout time individually
- Current Connections - Allow ADMIN to kill or logoff a connection.
http://forums.kerio.com/index.php?t=msg&th=16543&sta rt=0&S=352d08b89d1fa87d7f64a0c7de4167db

14. Backups - People can't Extract their ".fdb" files (why on earth did you design a Backup Feature in the First Place if it can't work?).
http://forums.kerio.com/index.php?t=msg&th=16575&sta rt=0&S=352d08b89d1fa87d7f64a0c7de4167db

15. Under a single Kerio Mail Server, I have 4 Domains.
I.E. Company1=Domain1, Company2=Domain2, Company3=Domain3, Company4=Domain4.
I want to be able to publish a User's E-mail found under "Public Folders\Contacts" across ALL 4 Domains. This does NOT seem to work NOT even when logging in Web Console.
Example:
I create a User that belongs to "Company/Domain1".
That user can ONLY see E-mails of comrads that exist on that Same "Company1=Domain1" (under "Public Folders\Contacts")- he can't see E-mails of comrads across all 4 Domains.

What is missing:
When creating a user there should be a checkbox labeled "Publish my E-mail across All Created Domain's -> Public Folders\Contacts".
The checkbox above should do the Trick. Wink

Note: I have no A.D. or O.D. Authentication - All is SET to "Internal/Manual". When on Console I directly specify Rights to "Public Folders\Contacts" be "Read" for all other Domains. However, contacts do NOT seem to appear across Domains.

16. Based on the Above No. 15, there should be a Visual Mark shown under a user's E-mail under "Public Folders\Contacts" when the User has stated as being "Out of Office". That Mark should also be visible in KMS WebConsole or Outlook/Thunderbird E-mail Client. Also with a checkbox the Admin can denote whether the "Out-Of-Office" Mark will be Visible across All Created Domain's -> Public Folders\Contacts".
http://forums.kerio.com/index.php?t=msg&th=16366&sta rt=0&S=352d08b89d1fa87d7f64a0c7de4167db

17. Traffic Charts (Older data available)
http://forums.kerio.com/index.php?t=msg&th=16487&sta rt=0&S=352d08b89d1fa87d7f64a0c7de4167db

18. Based on the Above No. 17, when users bother me that their E-mails are not going through/get delivered, I want to be able to Filter through the logs by typing "Sender E-mail" & view all related Logs relating to the "Sender E-mail" I have typed.
Same should aply to "Receiver E-mail".

19. Suppose I create a Mailing List in KMS. Currently there is no way we can export the mailing list recipients? (woudn't this be important in Marketing Departments?)
http://forums.kerio.com/index.php?t=msg&th=13979&sta rt=0&S=352d08b89d1fa87d7f64a0c7de4167db

20. HTML footer
HTML signature in webmail
Groups when sending to local groups can we have an option to omit the user who send the email from the group, so that he doesn't receive a copy of the message.
Aliases added to the GAL (checkbox option)
Calendar ability to set work hours in webmail
Instant messaging (online & offline) in webmail
http://forums.kerio.com/index.php?t=msg&th=16358&sta rt=0&S=352d08b89d1fa87d7f64a0c7de4167db

21. Being able to Create Rule to Mark Incoming E-mail Messages as Read.
http://forums.kerio.com/index.php?t=msg&th=11000&sta rt=0&S=352d08b89d1fa87d7f64a0c7de4167db

22. With all those problems stated above (and much more) I suggest that you design your own E-mail Client Program (that can handle successfully all aspects stated above) than to rather suggest to users NOT to install Outlook 2007 SP2 (or hell will break loose)...
I don't mind if it will be offered for free or for an additional cost, I only care that it will work as expected.
http://forums.kerio.com/index.php?t=msg&th=15287&sta rt=0&S=352d08b89d1fa87d7f64a0c7de4167db

Thanks again.

8. Unfortunately Kerio isn't hiding the "client IP address" when sending emails.

I'm glad I can announce that this function is available in Kerio Connect 7. If you enable the option, it will hide local IP address in the email for all authenticated users or trusted senders (as defined in SMTP server options).

Maybe I'm having a bad morning, but I don't see this option listed on any of the tabs under SMTP Server.

Advanced Options/Miscellaneous/Hide local IP in the Administration console.
Or SMTP Server/Relay Control/Hide local IP in Web Administration.

That feature has been there for a while. That only hides IP addresses that are defined in an IP address group and allowed unauthenticated relay. Hiding the 1 address I have defined isn't much of a feature.

It does nothing for remote clients who are authenticating to send mail, which is the real issue.

It does now in Connect 7.0. It is hiding IP address also for clients who are sending the email and are authenticated on the server.

It would be nice if it said that somewhere. The label on the option in the admin console, and through web admin don't say that. The manual and the web admin help file doesn't say that. The release notes don't say anything about it. We're supposed to know the functionality of that option changed how? It doesn't appear to be documented anywhere describing that functionality, and indicate it works contrary to what you're describing.
