Can you search the Kerio forums (or Knowledge Base) for a exact text phrase such as "Cannot open message file"?

Any search for error messages and other standard KMS-related phrases gives many irrelevant results that are quite time-consuming to wade through.

Thanks.

Try surrounding it with quotes.

Thanks for the suggestions.

Using "cannot open message" in the Kerio Forum Search box returned 64 results including this very thread, but it also gives unrelated results containing the phrase's individual words like "open" or "message".

Using "cannot open message" with the Google website search method was limited to 13 results, each containing the exact phrase.

Each search has advantages, but if you're in hurry the Google method will narrow things down more.
