Is anyone using a disclaimer successfully with Kerio? I tried to add one using the footer section but it doesn't work right. It appends the disclaimer to the very bottom of the email. If you have an email with a bunch of replies, all the disclaimers are stacked at the bottom. It's no good.

Global disclaimers are always added at the end of the message. That's also happening with other mail server products.

Disclaimers should be added after the signature. What is the logic in having my message - someone's reply - my message - someone's reply - 4 disclaimers stacked on top of each other?

Disclaimers are usually put at the end of the whole message because the part of the software that handles disclaimers doesn't know where your actual reply ends.

So it is quite normal that the disclaimers stack up at the end of the message. But that is still more readable than have a mixture of reply - disclaimer - reply - disclaimer

I only seen this type of "stacking" with Kerio. I never seen it in any of my email conversations with anyone either. Ideally, you want the disclaimer to be with your original message (not on the very bottom), and you don't want it added to every reply.

Maybe the senders have the disclaimer in the user signature in theses cases? All of our cutomers who for some reason need disclaimers have it in their sig.

Is there a way to automatically add a disclaimer at the bottom of every outgoing mail? We don't want to rely on the signature. On your MS Exchange Server we use a filter rule on the the server that adds the disclaimer.

Thanks!

It's described thoroughly in the administrator's manual in chapter 7.3. The manual is even online. On the internet. In english.
