Ok, i get it.
The probably reason for that is the getway. When you use the PPPOE connection, you are forced to recive a IP ADDRESS, MASK and GETWAY NUMBER, and as you as showing, you have 2 PPPOE connections, wich also means you have 2 GATEWAYS when connected, and kerio does not work with 2 Gateways at the same time.

My hint for you would be : Stop using PPPOE connections, let the modem dial it, then use DMZ for the Server IP address.

Hope it helps.

I'm sure it will work with DMZ.
And i'm also sure the problem is with the dual-gateway configuration.

In case you dont know, UPnP is simply a protocol that open requested ports when they are asked from the internal network, but it does not work very well.

Using DMZ and blocking or forwarding ports in KERIO FIREWALL you get a lot more effiency. I know that because i have 20+ clients, each one with the same configuration as i'm telling you ( modem + dmz ) and they all work perfectly.

Cya.

What's the exact version of the firewall? And in case it's Windows, what version of the OS and service pack are you using?

Try to slightly lower the balancing bandwidth of one of the links.

Do you have 'Routing and Remote Access' service running in your server or are you just creating your PPPoE in network connections?

Hi Goran,
I tried to reproduce the issue using two Dial-Up connections (both PPPoE and common modem) in balanced mode on Windows 2003 Server. Unfortunately it seems unreproducible under laboratory conditions so I assume it's bound to your specific environment. Please contact the technical support if you can't fix the issue by slight lowering the balancing bandwidth as instructed by Jan Jezek.

Have a nice day.
