Any can provide some tips on how to get the pre-setup vmware image working under ESXi 4.0? I have already uploaded the files to the ESXi box and probably just need to run the scrip to convert the vmdk files I guess as specified in the PDF file.. Maybe a step by step would be nice for anyone trying to do this in the future and reading this forum..

You don't need to upload the files manually, you can use VMWare Converter Standalone to upload and create the vm. It's a free download from VMWare.
