How many of you are setting SPF to block vs increase spam score?

Is it possible to whitelist addresses or domains that are getting blocked by the SPF filter in the user's webmail?

Well, I don't use it. Too much hassle and overhead in relation to the amount of Spam it catches. But it might be good in your situation. I would start off with just adding a little score and then check the logs how many SPF hits you have.

You can't do an individual white list per user specific to SPF, but you could use the global white list. You can also define a set of trusted IP addresses that are not checked against SPF.
