I am using Kerio Connect 7.0.1. I have iCal setup to view other users calendar. Everything is working fine except that I want iCal to show another users "private" events as a busy block of time without showing any in-depth details.

I can do this when I assign delegation in iCal, but I want the coloring of different usernames such as what happens when you subscribe to another users' calendar. This works in Kerio webmail, though I'm not sure how to show all users calendars in one calendar instead of just showing one person's calendar.

Can this be done?

Subscribed data should not show private events, as far as I know. If you are Delegated to show the calendar (read only mode) it should work, as you mention.

Why would you like to see all other users data in ONE calendar, that would be a mess and as I can imagine it, totally unusable.. or?

If you want to see when people are available, add them to a meeting, and check the Available times! (unless you like to spend hours poking around and manually find available times... !)
