Hi,

currently we are using MS Exchange and I have configured the default email address to be lastname<_at_>domain.com.
With KCS it seems that the default email address is always username<_at_>domain.com.
Apparently I can add additional email addresses to a user account but the only place I have found where to change the default email address is the WebGui. Obviously I would not want the users to change that but instead want to enforce company policy (so I would need a way for the admin to change it).
Also I have not checked if changing the default address in webgui would also make sure that when using IMAP (from Entourage, iMail and from iPhone) the new default address username<_at_>domain.com would be used.

On every mail client system you have set default user email. (f.e. in MS Outlook you can change it in Options on Kerio Connect tab)

1: The deafult email address is always the First email added to the account, and if the account is Directory based that would normally be the username.

2: The email address set in the webGUI is the one used by ActiveSync, webmail and other clients like that.

3: Note that CalDAV invitations are also sendt out from the default account! And received events are matched against that address! Using other emails to send out invitations is gonna make a mess.. :-/ I filed an enhacement request to get this fixed, but others might like to add their voice over at support.kerio.com...
