I want to enable/disable out of office response using a add on in thunderbird.

I am unable to modify the file filter.siv which is in the users directory in the given domain.

I have used webdav protocols but whenever I try to access this filter.sive file, I get an error message 404 from server (url not found).

How can I get access to filter.siv?

Thanks in advance....

There is no remote access to the filter.siv file. However, you can use WebDAV access for configuring the Out-of-Office reply. See ext-using-owa.html as an example.

Hello Kerio_pdobry,

Thank you very much for your response, I tried the following simple code.

var url = "";
var szXml = "Cmd=options\r\nOofReply=Im Out of the Office\r\nOofState=1\r\n";

http_request = new XMLHttpRequest();
http_request.onreadystatechange = ShowResponse;'POST', url, true, "rohitb", "rohitb");

http_request.setRequestHeader("Content-type", "application/x-www-UTF8-encoded");
http_request.setRequestHeader("Content-length", szXml.length)

But the Kerio mailserver is returning me an error.

Response Text = Can't post data to /exchange/rohitb/ - operation not supported

Response Status = 403

Status Text = Forbidden

Are there any additional settings which we have to do on Kerio MailServer to activate webDAV protocols?

Or any other solutions?

Thanks once again for your help.
