Is there any way to supress the received from IP line for e-mail sent using webmail?

If one of my users sends an e-mail from home using Kerio Webmail and they're unlucky enough to have the IP their ISP has assigned them on a DNS blacklist, the e-mails they send tend to get blocked by receving servers even though the mail relay (our server) isn't blocked.

I've noticed this mainly with the terrible barracuda extortion system... Really hate those things.

Anyway, getting rid of this line would solve the problem for us.
