Anyone been getting spam messages like this one? Lots of them going around it seems and a lot are getting past the spam filters in Kerio. Does anyone have any ideas how to maybe stop these from coming through so much? There's usually a virus attached or linked to.

They (and the "DHL delivery problem" spams) are easily filtered out with custom SpamAssassin rules. We have a meta rule which scores them an extra 10 points if it triggers. The attachments will eventually be recognised by McAfee, but it takes a couple of signature updates before it happens (at which point the attachments have changed again).
