Hi Tarek, it seem you have not eneable a traffic rule to enable POP3 dowanload to loca network. You can see email with browser because you use standard HTTP to do so. If using Outlook or other mail reader you need to enable POP3. Create a rule like the following:

from: local_lan
to: internet
service: pop3
enable

Hope you found this usefull.

Check the rules order.

Don't ever give acces to all traffic from local lan to internet since if attacjed by virus or trojan your IP would be blacklisted inmediatelly.

Can you send a snapshot of your rules to check them out?

If you can't put your sceenshots, then rewrite your rules, please. It'll be difficulte to explain where your problems are placed.

Hi Tarek Shata,

Please add POP3, POP3S, SMTP, SMTPS and TCP:587 port to your NAT rule for your clients to use both Gmail and Other standard Email Server Ports.

Because of Gmail uses the Secure Connection ports (POP3S:995 and SMTPS:465) to receive and send email you must allow these ports for outbound connections.

You can see that on the image

http://proxima.web.tr/pub/kerio/Traffic-Policy-MailPorts.png

TCP:587 is a Mail Subscription port which is widely used by many of the ISP on the world. ISP's are blocking SMTP:25 port because of the SPAM protection so email sending can only be done with SMTP:587. Maybe your ISP is using the port 587 instead of 25.

Hope this will help you.
