dear all,

I'm using Kerio Mail Server as Mail Server in Our Company, and at the present i get error in error logs that:" AvModule.cpp: Antivirus subscription expired: virus database will not be updated"

anyway, i got also the problem in sending messages that:"Message rejected as spam with score: 3.44, threshold 1.10, From: matias.costa@domain.pt, To: matias.costa<_at_>domain.pt,..." for all users. otherwise, when i disable spam filtering in Kerio Mail Server, the message was sent successfuly. in this case, my mail server will not filter any message even contain SPAM.

does anyone could help me????

Regards,

That message means that your antivirus subscription has expired and it won't download new definition files. If you want to extend your subscription, please contact our sales department.

you have probably set spam rating limit too low on your mailserver. The threshold for rejecting emails should be high - usual value is between 8-10 points.
