i am using kerio connect with 60 users all use pop3, except 5 users that has desktop and mobile, those users using MAPI with koff.

all works fine, but slowly then pop3.

i set on the server for the 5 MAPI user, that item will be delete after 60 days from server mailbox.

now i want to backup all mail/calander/contacts/task/note
to local pst file, so those users can see old mail and also to have another copy/backup.

how can i manage to do that task automatically?

also i try to create rules that copy mail into pst file, but the rules not works wutomatically, only manually, end do that manually copy all mail and create duplicate mail any times it run, also they can forget running the rules and the mail will be lost.

i found link explain that rules not works, is this correct?
