Recently setup KOC for a user running outlook 2003 and am encountering the following error:

The address list could not be displayed. The Contacts folder associated with this address list could not be opened; it may have been moved or deleted, or you do not have permissions. For information on how to remove this folder from the Outlook Address Book, see Microsoft Outlook Help.

I've followed this KB article from MS which does not resolve the problem.

Anyone have any thoughts on how to correct this issue? I've installed KOC on several other machines running outlook 2k3 without issue.

We are running Kerio Connect 7.0.1 and Outlook 2003 SP3

It appears to be an issue with this specific account.

I've setup another account on the same machine and it functions correctly.

I've also setup the troubled account on another machine and am experiencing the exact same problems.

This is the only account that has an issue.

Good day! am running a server over a LAN and using outlook 2007 to access mails together with kerio outlook connector (offline edition). I have noticed that the outlook of certain users is unable to retain its public contacts published from the server. The immediate solution proffered was to republish from the server which then duplicates the contacts on this public folder.

Please what do i do for it to retain its contacts and avoid the possible duplication of contacts on the public folder.

Thank you.
