I want to save a copy for out mail,but not all out mail need to save a copy.

Your question is a little not understandable - could you describe your problem better? (or you just need only "redirect of mailbox"?)

Are you asking about "Forwording" options from user edit? (look at screen-shot attached)

thanks first,the "Forwording" funciton can handle recived in mail,but i want to save a copy that send out from user,can you help me?

At the bottom of my screenshot you can see the checkbox "Deliver messages to both: mailbox and forwarding address" - it means that the message stays in mailbox and then is COPIED to forward address. Is that your point?

I don't think there is a way to copy all outgoing messages for one user - only similar option is the mail archiving option which copies ALL messages for EVERYONE.

Perhaps an SMTP proxy could be used for outgoing mail that could be configured with some kind of rule?

You're not quite right, phil_w. We are using on one our customer solution like this:
- we're archiving all emails to one account: archiwum
- then we're login to archiwum account and setting rules, that making something with specific mails.

It's not easy solution, but give many possibility to configure.
