Question cannot be stupid, but some of the answers can.
I did read your previous post about web filtering issue but on that post (here is the post link that I read http://forums.kerio.com/index.php?t=msg&th=17282&sta rt=0&S=5ea79d1741b1086a99ffe4144a7dd1f5) you don't give much details and always blame to Kerio.
Also on that post you said that you searched about the Connection Limit issue on the forum and found only "Disabling Firewall solution" and It doesn't help you.
Did you check the Advanced Options/Security Settings/Connection Limit section to disable the Connection Limit?
Hope, this will help you.
And I just want to say, Kerio Control and Winroute Firewall can work with User/Group based rules on HTTP Policy (I mean Web Filter and other URL based rules), FTP Policy, Traffic Policy. You can setup different rules to different users or groups.
If you can't find any solutions on that forum (because this forum is NOT the direct way to getting support from Kerio) you can always connect directly to Kerio Support Desk or Distributor/Dealer/Resellers of your region.
