We have a few users where their Outlook crashes when they open it the first time after a reboot. The users are on Outlook 2007 SP2 with KOFF 7.0.1-1249. I have tried a re-install of KOFF and removal of a few non-essential add-ins with no luck. Any suggestions?

Hello
I have the same problem with an upgrade from Koff 6.7 to 7.0.1-1248

After rebooting their Client, my users have a message saying "MAPI cannot load information service KOC.DLL"

I had uninstall and install again Koff without fixing the problem. Does someone know how to fix it ?

I had that error after running the KOFF batch file and Outlook tried to open for the first time. I just had to start Outlook a second time and it was OK.
The one thing we tried yesterday was there was a Microsoft Outlook Connector addin and we removed it to see if there was a conflict. I will let you know if that resolves it.
