Has anyone had any luck getting the HTC Android Incredible on the 7 active sync?

I keep getting

[10/Jun/2010 15:28:43] ActiveSyncRequest::Execute: Access denied for device HTCAndc* (user: ***). The device 'inc' isn't supported in this version

In the mailserver.cfg file, there is a line about allowing unsupported devices. You need to change the value from 0 to 1.

This fixes the issue you have but we noticed that the phone keeps deleting the exchange contacts. It might be the Facebook app on the phone but we haven't tested it yet.
