Since I have installed Outlook 2010 with the new Koff 7.02. I can't find the shared calendars anymore. With Outlook 2003 there's no problem. Is it Kerio or Outlook where I have to find the solution?

[Edit} I finally found how to add shared calendars. But now they won't update!

We are currently testing Kerio and have a very similar problem with Outlook 2010.

When attempting to add a shared calender we recieve an error message (see attached file). This does not occour in previous versions of Outlook.

Currently discussing a similar fault with support regarding Outlook 2010 & 7.02. I can't get any free/busy information to show up. I can add shared calendars, but it warns they are not up to date.

Just got an update from Kerio Support, stating the current KOC/KOFF does not properly support Outlook 2010, and they recommend to NOT use 2010 at this stage.

So I guess... get twiddling?

Has anyone tested this behaviour with KOFF 7.1 RC2 (released yesterday)???

Just gave it a try - I've got free/busy information working now. Looks like they've sorted something out!

So 7.1RC2 is working here with Win 7 (x86) + Outlook 2010 (x86).

It looks like this problem has been resolved in 7.0.2.patch1 (released today)

It works, but only if you manually remove the old KOFF 7.0.2 connector and do a fresh installation of KOFF 7.0.2.patch1 after upgrading the server.

If you perform an automatic upgrade of the KOFF connector by connecting Outlook 2010 to an Kerio Connect 7.0.2.patch1 server it still does not work.

I have upgrade to 7.02 patch 1 and a clean install off KOFF.
Still the same error. "Cannot update shared calendar." Confused

Any suggestions.

Running Windows 7 32 bits and Office 2010 Pro (dutch).

The Outlook 2010 profile with Kerio Outlook Connector must be created with Kerio Outlook Connector 7.0.2 or higher. If the profile was created with older version of Kerio Outlook Connector then the shared folders will fail to add (Outlook 2010 is supported since 7.0.2). In such case it is necessary to re-create the Outlook profile from scratch.
