Sometimes (twice in the last week), my Outlook is freezing. Once when sending an email, the other when changing rights on a public folder.
So I close it.

But I can't launch it again (after few minutes I have: the server is not avalaible).
I try by Webmail and then, I can't access to my account. It's freezing too.
I can access to accounts of other people.

On Kerio Administration, I see in "Active Connections" that I have an active IMAP connection. But I'm not connected (Outlook is closed).

I saw that when this active connection is closed, then I can reopen Outlook or Webmail (but I have to wait a long time before it closes itself).

Is there a way to close active connection?

Hi,
Today, same problem on a different computer and account.

I had to wait half an hour. When the active connections "self"-close, it returns to normal.
After this delay, I can access again to emails.

Next time, I will try to disable account and reenable it.
If someone have another idea...
Thanks.
