i have an issue with one of my clients.
the monthly backup starts around 9AM and last for 3-4 hours.
in this period the server is not responding.
can we set the monthly backup to start at a specific hour so the unresponsive period be outside working hours?

We had this problem too, and were told archiving backup schedules were based on when your server was last restarted.

So basically just restart your server around midnight, and the next time it tries to archive it'll start around midnight or something.
