We recently setup a Kerio Connect server and we turned on Archiving and the default is to compress the old archive folders every week. That's fine, but when we need them how do we get them to show up in Kerio again? Just expand them in their current location? Will the server try to compress them again if they are there?

Any help would be most appreciated.

Thanks,

JL

Hi JL,
take a look at the following, scroll down to the bottom and it explains about viewing archives:
http:// manuals.kerio.com/connect/adminguide/7.1.0/en/sect-archiving .html

Looks like admin is the only one that can view them at first but you can go in and set rights to these folders. Probably just log into the webmail as admin and adjust rights to the folders (right click, choose Access Rights)
