Hi,

I am currently facing the following problem: A client could send me an E-Mail that is addressed just to one recipient without any problems. Whenever she adds more than just my address to the E-Mail the mail is rejected by kerio with the following error:

SMTP error from remote server after RCPT command:
host my kerio [myIP]:
550 5.7.0 Your server IP address is in the SORBS DNSBL database, bye

At first I thought, that my kerio server is listed in the SORBS db, but i think it is the server that my client is using and the message is generated by kerio. The other recipients listed in the E-Mail receive the Mail although i got the error.

Why is the message only generated if there are recipients that are not user of my kerio domains? How can I change the behaviour?

Thank you Smile
Mirko

Try to temporarily disable the SORBS lookup on your Kerio Server to see if this is really your server that is causing the problem.

Also check on the SORBS home page your IP address and the sender's IP address if none of them is blacklisted.

Hm, neither my IP nor the one of the external server was found in the SORBS DB. Maybe the ISP of my client has changing Mail servers that send the mail? I am a bit stuck about what to check next.

I'll disable the SORBS and let my client send some mails I think...

In the Kerio Debug Log, enable "SMTP Server" to see which IP address is connecting. It might be that your client's ISP is sending from different IP addresses.
