One of my users has been unable to get her e-mail on her Android phone 2 days ago. At the same time we started getting ASyncKeyDatabase.cpp errors. I have tried restarting the KC mail server with no success. Any suggestions on what to do? I do not know if this is a problem with KC server or with the client.

Remove the ActiveSync setup on the Android phone. Next goto the User in the Admin Console and select 'Mobile Devices' from the 'Status' button. Remove the Android device from the list. If you are able to, restart Kerio Connect, and then setup the ActiveSync account on the Android phone. This will reset the sync keys and you should be able to get the phone working.

I have looked at the Admin Console on KC 7.02 and cannot find 'Mobile Devices' anywhere. And I am not sure what you mean by the "Status" button. I did find a Status item in the list on the left but nothing 'Mobile' under it.

Status button is between the "Recover Deleted Items" and "Import" buttons in the lower right corner of the admin console.
