SOLVED
Problem was in combination of Kerio Connector (Offline mode) and Blackbarry. You have to use Kerio Connector for BlackBerry and Kerio Connector (online mode). Obvious at a glance.

Hi.
I've connected BlackBerry to Kerio and after that, one user still getting this message.

There was a synchronization conflict concerning the 'blabla' message in the 'Inbox' folder.

Reason: The message was modified in Outlook while on the server. (this part i've translate from Czech myself, may not be correctly)

As a solution, the message has been moved to the 'Conflits' folder.

This is only an informational message generated by Kerio Outlook Connector engine. You don't have to take any further action.

I tried to empty cache in kerio connector, but nothing was change.

Any ideas where can be problem?

sorry for my english
