we have just changed from windows exchange server to kerio connect.

our outlook rules which worked fine with windows exchange server don't work with kerio connect. so we are setting up rules in kerio connect mail filtering.

i have 1 particular contacts folder that holds 250ish customer adresses. within outlook i could filter emails by "if the sender is in the customer contact folder" which directed any mail from the 250 address to wghere i directed it.

in kerio i cannot seem to locate a similar rule and see that i may have to add 250 email sddresses to one rule which will take so much time.

is there a shortcut to solve my problem please.

many thanks.

Kerio Connect uses the Sieve mail filtering language for its rules. This is a rather limited but robust language. You can't have it scan a specific address book for addresses as far as I know.
