- possibility to send out of office message only to recipients from contact list or to everyone (like as MS OWA)

- possibility to send out of office message when mail is going to
mail address directly only (not to mail alias)

Add to that:

OoO should not go to Bulk emails, ie. listservers and more.

OoO seems to be send to some SPAM mails as well.. Sad

OoO seems to respond to Every Single mail, and not One Every Week to recipients.. bug?

Another suggestion:

Possibility of adding a custom prefix to the subject of out-of-office notification mails (either per domain or per user) instead of or additional to "Re: [original subject]". This would make it easier for recipients of notifications to filter them.

For those of us who have been fortunate not to have to deal with Exchange, could someone detail what the third option entails?

Would it be for a specific time range like 11-8-2010 9:00 AM until 11-12-2010 12:00 PM? Or just for a set number of days like 11-8-2010 to 11-12-2010?

I'd like to have at least an end date option so that people who forget can expire the OoO message automatically.

Thanks.

Cheers,
Jon
