Is it possible to edit the bounce message that is sent to an email address that is blocked by the mail-server?

Yes, you can change the .rep files in the following directory

C:\Program Files\Kerio\MailServer\reports\en

That's for Windows, other OS's have a different path.

Good to know that it works.

As a side-note: It is not good practice to send notifications to the sender of spam mails. In 99% of the cases, the sender address is spoofed (not the real sender), so you are sending an anti-spam notification to someone who has never heard of you before.

This is considered as spamming by many anti-spam watchdogs and your server IP address might end up on one or more blacklists.

These notification messages are sometimes also called "backscatter", here is an interesting read:

I think if you ever upgrade Kerio in the future your custom rep files will get overwritten with the default ones again. You may want to keep a copy of your custom ones so you can put them back after an upgrade.
