Hi Everyone,

I've got a customer in a small office using an iPhone to sync a contact list of 9,000 contacts. I know the list is huge but the initial synch works fine and all the contacts eventually make it to the device. The problem occurs a few weeks after the initial sync when all of the contacts on the device go blank. You then have to delete the entire mailbox from the device and start from scratch. The only clue I can find are entries like this in the Kerio error log:

[02/Aug/2010 16:56:03] ASyncAirSync.cpp: ActiveSyncAirSync::ProcessChanges: Device: Appl87935Z03Y7H, User: user@biz.com: Unable to find an item with id: 0x242B in the folder '~user<_at_>biz.com/Contacts' - the item will not be synchronized

It's almost like the contacts lose their item number and stop syncing so they cannot be opened on the device. Nothing happens to the contacts on the server side.

This is an iPhone 3G and Kerio Connect 7.0.2 running on Windows Server 2003.
