We have a customer who wants to use Outlook's Group Schedule view to have a "bird's eye view" of all the employees' appointments.

Problem 1:
No details are visible when you hover the mouse pointer over appointments in free/busy. This is as advertised in the manual, but have anyone found a way around this?

Problem 2:
When you select a user to add in Group Schedule, you can do so from your own contacts, a public contact folder or you can type in a Kerio Connect account name. No matter what you do, you can't open the account's calendar when you click on the folder icon in Group Schedule. Outlook claim that the account has disappeared. Is there another way to add accounts to Group Schedule?
