HI,


My contacts folders are empty..suddenly and this error shown at console:

httpserver.cpp: PHP Warning: json_encode() [<a href='function.json-encode'>function.json-encode</a>]: Invalid UTF-8 sequence in argument in /opt/kerio/mailserver/web/weblib/int/api/jsonrpc/Response.in c on line 30


What can I do?

Using kerio 7.1 running under ubuntu.

Sounds like a support ticket with Kerio is in order.

If you don't have your contacts backed up, you might want to navigate to your user directory in the Kerio store and drag a copy of the contents of the Contacts folder elsewhere.

Yes...I have a backup but, how to restore only contacts?

Have you filed a support ticket with Kerio support? I really think you should be talking to them before you do anything else.

Yes.. i opened a ticket.... only 1 response with no idea about the problem.


I have a running kerio server...with contacts folders... but empty.


any idea? maybe a php 5.3 error? I upgraded to 10.04 lts ubuntu 2 week ago but this error ocurred 2 days ago.

I backed up with a good file.... contacts not shown!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
