Hi forum,

I have Kerio Connect 7.0.2 running on Mac OS X 10.5.8 (client os) and an OD master running on Mac OS X 10.6.4 Server.
Latest Kerio OD Extensions are installed on the OD master, configuration of Kerio Connect is ok, as far as I can tell. The connection test within the admin console works ok and says that connection has been successfully tested.
My OD users show up when I choose to add users from directory service, but as soon as I hit the "save" button I get this:

Error: LDAP operation failed. Check that you have installed Directory Extensions properly

I have tested this with different KC installations and different OD master servers to no avail. What am I missing here?

Thanks for your help,

Do you use administrator's credentials in the Directory Service in KMS? The server must be able to write to the OpenDirectory server.

Yes, I use diradmin who should have write privileges to to the OD master.

Thank you,

Well, then I suggest contacting our technical support at http://support.kerio.com.
Enable debug log for Directory Service Lookup (how to do that is described in the manual). It will show you the reason of the error.
