Hi,

We keep receiving this error message in the Error Log :

[03/Sep/2010 10:50:36] php_utils.cpp: Webmail mailAttach.php: Unable to open folder
[03/Sep/2010 10:50:36] php_utils.cpp: Webmail mailAttach.php: Unable to open folder
[03/Sep/2010 10:52:08] php_utils.cpp: Webmail mailAttach.php: Unable to open folder
[03/Sep/2010 10:52:08] php_utils.cpp: Webmail mailAttach.php: Unable to open folder

Our clients on their side experiment this error message which seems to be linked with the error noticed on the server side :

Impossible d'ajouter le message à la boite aux lettres IMAP. Le dossier local correspondant sera utilisé à la place. Erreur 3259.

(Sorry it's in French, but the error code should be relevant.)

This error comes when a user with Entourage or Outlook tries to send an email with a linked file (whatever the size of the file might be).

Our clients meet this problem more and more frequently and we have no idea how to solve.

Thank your for your support.

Cheers.

Stéphane.
