I have a problem where someone is sending email to my users as themself. It is detected as SPAM and the bounce back goes back to the user as if they had sent it. However it is coming from outside the network. For example I have:

john.smith@domain to john.smith<_at_>domain, SPAM filter detects as SPAM, and bounces back to john.smith@domain

Is there anything I can do to stop this?

Recently we have many problems with antyspam module in Kerio Connect - for now we have resolved it by buying additional antyspam software (f.e. SpamTitan).

Yes. Turn off "Send bounce message to sender" in the spam filter.
