Hi all,

I'm trying to recover a full (manual) backup, but I get this:

/opt/kerio/mailserver # ./kmsrecover /root/backup/
Running kmsrecover will modify the Kerio Connect store directory.
You should use it only if your store directory has been damaged.
Current data will be DELETED and recovered from the backup,
all changes since the last backup will be lost.
Are you sure you want to continue (yes/no): yes
Recovery started at 2010-09-06 19:00:35
Inconsistency of started time '2010-08-31 12:57:50'!=''!
Error occurred during recovery process (code 6).

Any help?

7.1.0 patch 1 build 1906
Ubuntu 10.04, x86

The error means that the backup is not complete. The last part of the backup (last file) should contain the .summary.txt file, which guarantees the consistency of the backup. The file has not been found, which means that the last file of the backup is probably missing.

Indeed, scp missed one file. Nevertheless a confusing message if you don't where the empty '' occurs from.

Thank you!

Still pending resolution.
